** Institutional Registration will be granted whereby an organisation can purchase one full registration and split it across three nominated employees over the three conference days. Names of the three delegates must be provided prior to the Conference upon registration. For an Institutional Registration Form please email registrations@iepa2008.com.
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST.
Registrations made after 1 October 2008 must be made and paid for at the Conference
Registration Desk at the Conference venue.

Method of Payment
Payment of fees and other activities must
accompany all Registration Forms. No
registration will be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payments can be made via the following methods:
- Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express (Diners Club not accepted)
- Personal or Company Cheque (Australian delegates only) and made payable to: IEPA Conference 2008
- Bank drafts and International Money
Orders should be in Australian dollars,
drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to: IEPA Conference 2008. Please fax a copy to +61 3 9682 0344
- Bank transfer (Australian delegates
only). Bank details will be supplied on your Tax Invoice. Please fax the transfer receipt to +61 3 9682 0344
Cancellation of Registration
Deadline: Friday 12 September 2008
Cancellations must be made in writing to
the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations
received prior to 12 September 2008 will
receive a refund less an AUD150
administration fee. Cancellations received
after 12 September 2008 will not receive a
refund. The committee will consider
cancellations of registration under
exceptional circumstances. Refunds will
not be granted on failure of visa application
however, substitute delegates will be
accepted. Cancellations must be received
in writing to the Conference Secretariat
before the above specified dates.

The Conference Committee and the Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Conference Committee and the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings, theft or damage to belongings.
